All wines ferments on stainless steeltank, whites sur lee and the reds with parts of whole cluster
Aging
Whites stainless steel tank on the lee, some parts in older oak. The reds on concret or older oak. The Attis Mar ages for 6 months on 9 meter deep in the Atlantic Ocean.
